The wonderful clients of CJPR will offer festive sips and bites for the Chicago St. Patrick's Day parade and for the entire week leading  up to the official holiday on March 17. From drunken Jameson Whiskey donuts and Irish libations to corned beef creations, something for everyone will be offered to celebrate Chicago's favorite holiday!

Rush Bar at Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile

Located directly near the Chicago St. Patrick’s Day parade, Rush Bar at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile (540 N Michigan Ave.) offers a special Irish-themed food and drink menu for the parade and beyond. Drink specials include the Irish Manhattan, with Jameson Irish Whiskey, sweet vermouth, bitters and house bourbon cherries ($12), Green Miller Lite ($6) and Guinness drafts ($7.50). Food special include Irish Smothered Home Fries, with housemade corned beef, braised cabbage, Guinness onions, Irish cheddar and pickled mustard seeds ($10) and the Hot Corned Beef Sandwich with a Guinness cheese spread, housemade mustard slaw and caraway rye ($12). This St. Patrick’s Day, Delightful Pastries (Jefferson Park, Old Town, Chicago French Market), the family-owned and operated European bakery and café, will offer an array of delicious, Irish-themed treats. The popular Jameson Whiskey and Chocolate-Covered Donut will be available, along with Irish Soda BreadSpinach Lamb PieIrish Blueberry Scones and Shamrock Cookies. Prices vary by location. Offered from Thursday, March 10 through Thursday, March 17, customers may order and pick-up the festive goodies for their parade day party and all week through St. Patrick’s Day. Madison Tavern in the Ogilvie Transportation Center

The newly opened Madison Tavern (500 W. Madison), the 250-seat restaurant and tavern that offers an elevated dining and bar option to commuters at Ogilvie Transportation Center, will offer parade day commuters special menu items to indulge in to and from the parade route. The Tavern will offer Corned Beef & Cabbage with confit red potatoes ($14); Pastrami Ruben Sliders, with smoked pastrami, chipotle mayo, charred onions and Swiss cheese ($9); and the Pastrami Ruben Sandwich with smoked pastrami, Chipotle mayo, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and dark rye bread ($12).
